Drinfeld Realization of Affine Quantum Algebras: the Relations

The structure of the Drinfeld realization u(q)(Dr) of affine quantum algebras (both untwisted and twisted) is described in detail, and its defining relations are studied and simplified. As an application, a homomorphism psi from this realization to the Drinfeld and Jimbo presentation u(q)(DJ) is provided, and proved to be surjective.

- From the Drinfeld realization to the Drinfeld-Jimbo presentation of affine quantum algebras: the injectivity (2014, methodology): “More precisely, in [Da1] a homomorphism ψ : U q → U q was defined (following [Be] for the untwisted case), and proved to be surjective; previous attempts to give a complete proof that these two algebras are isomorphic are also discussed in [Da1].”
- On finite dimensional Nichols algebras of diagonal type (2017, unknown): “If Ni = ∞ for some (or all) i , then Δq+ = ΔA + [28,37].”
