We flnd the deflning structures of two-parameter quantum groups Ur;s(g) corre- sponding to the orthogonal and the symplectic Lie algebras, which are realized as Drinfel'd doubles. We further investigate the environment conditions upon which the Lusztig's sym- metries exist between (Ur;s(g);h;i) and its associated object (U si1;ri1(g);hji).
