In the papers [F. Fiamberti, A. Santambrogio, C. Sieg, and D. Zanon, Phys. Lett. B666 , 100–105 (2008); F. Fiamberti, A. Santambrogio, C. Sieg, and D. Zanon, Nucl. Phys. B805 , 231–266 (2008)] we have computed the anomalous dimension of the Konishi operator at four loops in N = 4 SYM theory in the planar limit. To compute this quantity for the first time, the wrapping interactions had to be included.

- Four-loop perturbative Konishi from strings and finite size effects for multiparticle states (2008, background): “The weak coupling result [32] is however a bit indirect and, for the moment, difficult to use, so various groups [37, 38, 39] set out to compute the anomalous dimension of the Konishi operator at four loop level – the lowest order where these effects may appear.”
- Foundations of the AdS5 × S5 superstring: I (2009, methodology): “The corresponding computation has been done [46] for the simplest case of the so-called Konishi operator and stunning agreement with a very complicated four-loop result based on the standard Feynman diagrammatics [47] has been found.”
- Extended Y-system for the AdS5/CFT4 correspondence (2010, background): “The result was readily confirmed by the complicated diagrammatic calculations of [15].”
- Five loop Konishi from AdS/CFT (2009, methodology): “The formalism of the leading multiparticle Lüscher corrections have been quantitatively tested in the case of the 4-loop anomalous dimension of the Konishi operator where the leading order wrapping diagrams have been calculated perturbatively [37, 38].”
- Four loop twist two, BFKL, wrapping and strings (2008, methodology): “At weak coupling wrapping corrections were computed for the Konishi operator within perturbative gauge theory [26] (a subsequent independent perturbative computation of [27] reaffirmed this result).”
