In this paper we introduce the Jacobsthal quaternions and the Jacobsthal–Lucas quaternions and give some of their properties. We derive the relations between Jacobsthal quaternions and Jacobsthal–Lucas quaternions and we give the matrix representation of these quaternions.

- Identities for Third Order Jacobsthal Quaternions (2017, methodology): “rnions can be found in [5, 8]. In [6], Halici investigated complex Fibonacci quaternions. In [8] Horadam mentioned the possibility of introducing Pell quaternions and generalized Pell quaternions. In [14], the authors defined the Jacobsthal quaternions and the Jacobsthal-Lucas quaternions. In this pa”
