Project teaching is a kind of teaching mode which connects theory with practice closely. Taking the “credit rating” course as an example, the passage discusses the relationship between the subject (students), the object (teacher) and the carrier (project). The program of curriculum project is designed, the implementation and examination of the project teaching are analyzed, and the evaluation index system of the project teaching is given in this paper.
