We introduce an integral-type operator, denoted by πππ, on the space of holomorphic functions on the unit ball πΉββπ, which is an extension of the product of composition and integral operators on the unit disk. The operator norm of πππ from the weighted Bergman space π΄ππΌ(πΉ) to the Bloch-type space β¬π(πΉ) or the little Bloch-type space β¬π,0(πΉ) is calculated. The compactness of the operator is characterized in terms of inducing functions π and π. Upper and lower bounds for the essential norm of the operator πππβΆπ΄ππΌ(πΉ)ββ¬π(πΉ), when π>1, are also given.
